This is the official Loftus Family site for the April 2010 General Conference Breakfast of Champions. For those who are new: We have accepted the challenge to read every talk in the April, 2010 Ensign. In addition, we will select at least one quote from each talk and record it and a short reflection of why that quote is important to us. The Breakfast of Champions will be held in October, 2010 at IHOPs in Provo and Hillsboro.
-we should pray for others (if we TRULY love them) as Jesus prayed on behalf of us.

The footnote says "the Jan 1976 Ensign was published as a 'Special Issue on Prayer'. The sincere student of prayer will gain much from a study of those articles." I feel inspired to make a list of gospel topics to study during the in-between of conference. An example would be studying that Ensign about prayer. The Visiting Teaching message this month (August) is about furthering education. I feel that by doing this I would be furthering my spiritual education.
